Privacy notice
This site (rosokhi.com) is a personal professional site for Ro Sokhi, CPA. This notice explains what information the site collects when you contact me or download a resource, and how it is used.
What I collect
When you submit the contact form or unlock a download, the form sends:
- Your name, work email, and business name
- Your selected topic and any message you choose to add (contact form only)
- Approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your IP address at the time of submission
The site does not run advertising trackers or sell any information.
How I use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss working together
- To deliver the resource you requested
- To occasionally share relevant notes on audit, IPO, and SEC topics. You can opt out at any time.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Formspree and stored in Airtable. Approximate location is looked up through a third-party IP geolocation service (ipapi.co) at the moment you submit. These providers process the data on my behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies
If you unlock the downloads, a single first-party cookie is stored on your device so you are not asked to fill in the form again to download. It contains no personal data, only a flag that you have unlocked. You can clear it any time through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just reply to any message, or reach me through the contact form on rosokhi.com.
